Policy regarding student cancellations and rescheduling.
We value our client relationships and are forced to make some hard business decisions when it comes to cancellations.
Unfortunately, our scheduling and instructor decisions are made based on commitments we receive from our clients that they will be attending classes. Cancellations and rescheduling at short notice cost significant resources, and we must pass these costs on to those who cancel.
If we receive written notice (via email or fax) of a rescheduling or cancellation at least 2 weeks before the start of class then no charges are levied. Substitutions of students can be made at any time before the class begins at no charge.
With less than 2 weeks notice but at least 1 week's notice, we will provide a credit of 50% of the course registration fee toward another scheduled class (valid for 3 months). There are no refunds or credits for cancellations or rescheduling made without at least 5 working days notice.
If you simply miss a class, or miss a class that has already been rescheduled - then the full fee is payable.
When we don’t have at least 3 students registered for a course, sometimes it is necessary to reschedule. Generally we will not send you a course confirmation until we have this minimum. But this does sometimes happen and in this case we reschedule to the next available scheduled course.
If your course is already paid for and we reschedule, we offer you a free one-on-one 3hour session to assist with tricky projects or specific review areas after you have completed the course(valid for 3 months). Let us know if this is an option that you would like to exercise.
